The pairing of 'N Sync and Aerosmith had to be the strangest grouping I've ever seen. Aerosmith, especially Steven Tyler, really stole the show, in my view. 'N Sync just looked like little dancing mannequins up there, with no style or substance. And then, of course, Britney Spears addition was a complete joke. She had no projection or presence in her vocals. Furthermore, she looked like a "Teen-Idol Barbie" doll walking from place to place on stage. Mary Blige was ok, and I thought that short rap Nelly did at the end of Walk This Way was pretty good. But for pure stage presence, nothing compared to Steven Tyler swaggering around, strutting his stuff, belting out Walk This Way with attitude and arrogance.
What does everyone else think?

I thought the same thing. It was a pretty short show though. I remember prior year's shows being unbearably long. Teri

Art Rooney Sr. probably turned in his grave. I might have to give this XFL a shot, because the NFL has started to become lame.

I think a very cool addition to the show would have been if they had brought Run DMC out for Walk This Way.

I didn't like it. NSync looked like a bunch of fools. Aerosmith was ok, but I was looking for a CD to play rather than listen to the halftime show. Unfortunately, my good Aerosmigh CD's are in my car and I didn't feel like going into the garage. I watched Thrills and Spills on ESPN2 instead.

Aerosmith was okay, but everything else was just pathetic. Stick with one good act and let them ROCK!!! Jeff

Britney Spears looked soooo good, definitely got my attention. I could care less about the music except when Nelly ripped up the mic, I thought was off the hook.

Ummmm.....do you think that Miz Spears got together with Steven to sing a duet on Love In An Elevator?
