Okay, it's on....most of us will be taking Friday the 20th of April off to make our way to Englishtown, NJ for this event.
So, here is what I'm soliciting for:
A cruise to the hotel in Englishtown, NJ on Friday the 20th. I'd like to get coordination going with everyone wanting to attend.... Anyone else wanting to hook up with us along the route are more than welcome to.
VA folks - We'll be using the Dale City rest stop as a location for us.
MD folks - Mike Furtaw (99HOSS) will be setting up the staging area for you. After talking to Doug, it seems that there should be two staging areas for you due to the area.
DE folks - You'll be staging at Mike's Famous Harley on Rt. 9 South. Scott Chab has all the info for you guys.
PA folks - You'll be meeting on the PA turnpike at the McDonalds right before New Jersey. You can email Pewter_00_TA laswell11@home.com for more details.
I'll keep this updated as the latest scoop comes around. This is still the preliminary stages for this.
Logistics - Once we get the tally of all who's coming, we'll need to know who has cell phones and who has talk-a-bouts so we keep good communication throughout the cruise.
As we know, half of the fun is the caravan there and back.
If you would like to caravan with us on that Friday prior to the 21st, be sure to post a response on here so we can keep this list updated.
Thanks!
Gonzo

Oh brudda....you know...once that Grand Marnier kicks in.....I can barely see the screen itself.
Yea, I'll see you and Grace there....
Gonzo
I'll be crashing in Jerry's room and there will be a nice party in there. We'll just have to bounce around the rooms when we run out of beer and great laughs.....
Gonzo
Wow, we are still a couple of months away and already we are rocking with a nice list of people heading out for the caravan.
SSOA, I thought we'd have more of you jumping on here for this.... Oh well, we still got time....

I won't be able to make it to this one due to the job and the SS is going to being put away for awhile.
The next few months are a bad time all around for anything, but work and sleep.

Keep the list growing....
Who else will be in attendance for this caravan?

From Baltimore and Points South:
Take I-95 North into Delaware. Exit at I-295 heading toward the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Stay to the far right for 1.5 miles. Exit at Route 9 South, go to the end of the ramp and turn right into the driveway. (See top map below, red line is coming from I95 to 295 towards the DE Memaorial Bridge...)
I'm trying to get a few more f-bodies to cruise up with us, any idea what time you guys from the south are going to hit the DE Memorial Bridge?

Those maps do look familiar...but I don't see the arrow pointing to where to skip the exit, go over the bridge, pull a 1 G U-Turn, head back over the bridge, pay a toll, THEN turn in to the parking lot. Those maps you posted must be screwed up...
LOL!!!

Where was this damn map LAST year!?!?! Uh?!?! hahaahaha
Doug
I talked to Mike last night and he's working on the rest of the route for us. Once we get that done....the other car clubs or other drivers will have a much better idea of what's going on, plus we can plan our time cues in there as well so they'll know approximately when we'll be in town.

It's turning out to be a real clusterf@ck as to whether or not I'll be able to go.
Wish me luck!

That arrow is on the map for the scenic route... Doug told me he was going to see if you and Bruce would follow him the long way. Yeah, that's it... he did it on purpose. Right Doug??
