Hi Guys, I am curious about using the 39009 swirl remover from 3M. I do use Zaino and am very pleased but the front nose of my car has some minor scuff marks and also some swirl marks. I bought the car used so it wasn't me! I don't know if you can apply this by hand or if you would get better results by using a buffer. I would appreciate any comments. Thanks alot

"3M perfect-it" with a waffle foam pad on my orbital buffer takes out all of my swirls on my black SS and leaves it looking like a miror.

I agree on the 3M Perfect It. I use it on my 69Z thats black an it comes out looking like glass. The 69 has laquer paint that is real brittel and the 3M is easy on it.
If you have never used Race Glaze Polish/Sealer you are in for a real treat. Using hi-speed buffer at 1800/2000 rpm, white soft ultra polishing pad, you will not have any swirls, only gloss, I got pictures coming soon. The finish was so slick, I could not get the bottle of polish to set on the hood, it kept sliding off. 2000SS Dark Blue (slick) met. Tan Neutral Leather M-6 w/Hurst
