we're getting closer and closer - and I could use it. This week has been exhausting
physically and emotionally. I think a weekend
is the fix I need.

C'mon Friday - enjoy the day friends.

The top '0 the morn all...just watched shuttle Discovery take off...a most beautiful shot on a gorgeous clear Florida morning...

...ya know even after watching these things take off for 20 years, it still gives you a chill to watch it streaking toward the heavens and hear that rumble that follows minutes later. I can imagine what a most righteous ride it must be to be aboard.

Well, we've made it to Thursday...the weekend is definitely in sight and lookin' right.

Let's get this week over...seems like it's been a long one for a lot of people, so let's get 'er done,

...and above all y'all, have a GR8 1...

Damn, that's gotta be nice. I'd still like to catch a night launch - missed one 4-6 years ago when they rescheduled. They're bringing up the replacement crew for Alpha, aren't they?
