Came with our Callaway SN450 Z28!! They will stop on a dime. Once you get them standard are scary!! Their major drawback is that the create tons of brake dust, so you are constantly cleaning your wheels. Butt when it comes to stopping there are no ifs ands or buts!!!

How big are the rotors? Are they 13x1.25 or are they smaller? And the calipers are 4 pistons?

I believe they are 13" units. And they definitely are 4-piston setups. Like Alfred said, the difference between the Brembos and the stock Z28/SS brakes is night and day. And the stock setup is excellent. You get what you pay for -- these puppies will set you back $3,000.+ just for the front set.

As far as the brake dust goes, you can get a different pad which will minimize the dust at a slight sacrifice in stopping power and/or fade resistance.

I run Brembos on the Z and the braking power is excellent! I haven't had any dusting problems but do watch my rearview if I need to hammer the brakes. The car behind me probably can't stop as fast.

Let me know if you are interested in a set. I can save you about $800. off what they normally retail at.
