The producer who brought Dennis Miller to MNF (Don Ohlmeyer) recently left. His replacement, Fred Gaudelli, just made the statement: "You have to be able to add entertainment to the show." These people don't have a clue. We don't need more entertainment; we need to see solid football, with strong analysis, good play-by-play, no missed plays (I couldn't believe how many times they did that last season), plenty of replays, less "fluff", and less lame attempts at humor. I would think the flop of the XFL on TV would be a learning experience for them. I don't watch football on TV to be "entertained", I watch it to see some hard-hitting, well-executed, kick-ass football!
