My internet provider changed permission on a root directory below mine so I didn't have read access.. and it killed the whole site as a result of it.. then they didnt answer e-mail and their lines were busy... normally I get SUPERB support from them... I called them this morning and told them what they did wrong and that the permissions were wrong.. they said they had a team trying to figure the problem out.. then I hung up the phone and 2 minutes later the site was working.. GROWL!!!
