Hey gang, while at the NY auto show last week I picked up 10 of the large posters with the SOM SS on the front and the legends tour on the back - meant to give them out at SLP day but forgot.
If you're interested drop me a mail and I'll send one to you for the cost of postage.

Could somebody help me out. I'm not sure which one I'm missing. I think I need the 1998 poster. I have:
1) The 2001 SOM poster
2) A larger 30th anniversary (97 obviously) poster with an anniversary convertible and a '67 convertible
3) A black SS with painted 10 spokes reading "Thirty Three Years of Total Domination". I'm guessing this is the 2000 poster.
4) A red SS convertible with a real nice red first gen SS convertible reading "Performance - American Style". I think this is the 99 poster.
Thanks!

I'd like to get a 2000 year poster.
Posted by HTWLSS (Member # 117) on 27 April, 2001 05:54 PM:
Wow, I'm glad to see some interest in these. I've been sitting on them for awhile until later on, but now seemed like a good time to bring it up.
I'll take some pics of each of the posters and will get them posted on the SSOA website, along with ordering instructions.
Let me get the member packets out and get any Letter of Authenticity/Database changes settled as a result of the mailing first. I can only handle a hundred projects at a time you know!
It'll most likely be around the time that the 2002 posters come out, so all members have a chance at a poster of their car's year.
Due to the number of posters that were sent to us for distribution, I'll only be able to send you a poster of the year of your SS for now. (Sorry '96 owners.....I wasn't sent any for that year! You can choose the year you'd like.)

I'll be looking forward to those! Can't wait to put it up at work to remind me of why I'm there.

I'd be interested in the 97,98 and 99 posters. Posted by HTWLSS (Member # 117) on 30 April, 2001 01:51 PM:
Keep your eye on the SSOA website for ordering instructions (most likely several months from now) after the 2002 posters come out so everyone can have a chance at their year. Posted by 98-mongooSSe (Member # 794) on 02 May, 2001 03:54 PM:
Teri, If the 1999 poster is the red convertible with the 1969 convertible in the background, then I have that one, but what does the 1998 look like? Thanks.
