First of all, sorry I haven't been around for a few months, I've been having a hard time getting time to spend on the net. Hope everyone is doing good and enjoying the spring with their rides.
Now for the questions: for those of you who have polished the tips from their SLP exhaust, what did you use, what are the steps involved and how does it hold up (i.e. how much maintenance is required?)?
Thanks for any tips (pun intended)

I used Maguire's All Metal Polish. I spent around 10 mins each tip. They cleaned up really nice. I did the tailpipes as well. I spent the same amount of time on them. The shine still holds up. After I wash the car and get water stains on them I just hit them with a small amount of polish and buff for a few mins and they're fine.

Joe,
Is that what you did with the AC unit under the hood? That thing sure does SHINE!

Paulie, I did use the same polish on it too. I just removed it from the bracket to get access to more surface area. I spent about 20 mins.

I wish I had the pics ready but my friend who scanning them for me hasn't sent them. As soon as I get them back I'll post them for ya.
