where did you mount the light? I've moved mine around, and I think I'll move it again soon!!

Center A/C Vent ... seemed the easiest and worked great in the evening ... I'll have to "put the coals to her" in the sunlight to see if it's still okay then.

Where have you had it ... it what didn't you like about the location?

mine started at centre A/C vent. Then I moved it to the defrosters outlet on the
roof pillar, then to the defroster outlet on the left side. That's where it currently resides. I think I'm going back to the pillar
defroster outlet. I don't winter drive and it seems to catch my eye better. I do use the air and did want to block the vent too much!

Whew!!

The only time we use the A/C is when it's raining and warm ... a low load condition ... the rest of the time the roof is down ... so I'm not worried about air flow.

The Defrost vent is important to me for winter driving. If I have visibility problems I think we left enough slack in the wires to velcro it onto the dash when at the track.
