Yes! I know. i hope that they did not push back the TPW at all. after all it is only a targeted production, not guaranteed. but yes i am getting more excited.

BTW, i have not heard a peep about my car, maybe i am asking too much. so if you know any one who wants to take a look at it i have now lowered the price to $19,750 from $20,500. went to the meeting tonight, got a couple of new faces there. rick and jeff asked about you guys and i told them that you guys are doing great and that they should call you. talk to you later gater.

Have you listed your Z online anywhere?
Is it in the Auto Trader?
Where all have you advertised it?
How about the Oregonian Drive Time?
Will the dealership buy it from you?

I have my car posted in the oregonion as well as on the Oregonian web site. just go there and type in my cell phone number 503-781-7122 in the appropriate spot. i have printed up flyers at kinkos and distributed them at my college, hair cutter, and bank. i am also going to send a couple of flyers to Jeff so he can put them up at him work. a friend of mine who works for the gresham P.D. has posted my flyer on their closed circuit sale bulitin board. i just went to auto trader today an had the picture taken of the car. they will place it in their magazine starting 06/14. plus at the meeting last night i told everyone about it and have told several other people to pass the word.
i just went to my bank today and saw that they lowered their % rates even more. if i apply before the end of this month i can get a 72 month loan for only 6.25% if i were to get it for 36 months it is 5.5% i have never seen rates so low. if i can't sell my car by the time the last week this month comes, i might just sell it to the dealership and apply for the loan before the rates go back up.
BTW. heard you had trouble with you back hoe. something about hitting some power lines, and sewage pipes. hope it wasn't too messy

We've recovered from our digging woes.

Had the collapsed septic tank pumped out yesterday. It's nice to be on public sewer. Thank goodness our new hookup passed inspection first time. It's a pain to have to re-do plumbing!

Our big Fir tree comes down tomorrow.

We fill in our trench on Saturday.

The plans are in for review with the City right now. We should be breaking ground in a couple of weeks. Now if those contractors would just answer back with their bids!
