Any chance that Sew Classics will implement online ordering? It would be more convenient to shop on the web and I am sure they would get a lot more orders. I don't know what the status of that company is.
Just wondering. I know that every time I see that stuff, I think I would want some but would like to see it in more detail. At the very least, an online or even a hardcopy catologue would be neat.

We've mulled this issue around during our Director discussions. Sew Classic is not set up for online ordering nor do they seem to be heading in that direction in the near future. We've thought about setting up an online ordering system through the new SSOA website, and fielding the orders for Sew Classic, but haven't figured out all the details. The catch right now is finding a member who'd like to commit themselves and volunteer their time to help us out with it.

Don't know if anyone has answered your question yet.....but I ordered some T-shirts with the logo on it. Debra at Sew Classics knew exactly what I was looking for when I asked her about it. Just ask her if you want to put it on something "special" or something not listed above, I am pretty sure she can do it.
I should be getting my hat, polo shirt, and two t-shirts very soon!!!

Teri,Do you know if the price of the article includes S&H and does She take credit cards?
Posted by HTWLSS (Member # 117) on :
I don't know if postage is extra or not. I suspect you pay for postage, but you'll have to ask Debra at Sew Classic. Also not sure on the payment methods accepted. For SSOA merchandise winners, I've always just mailed a check based on the invoice and postage was extra.

Was able to reach Debra at Sew Classic. Long sleeve, button down collar, light blue, denim shirt made by Three Rivers with SSOA logo embroidered above the pocket is on the way.
Thanks Teri and Art for the help in reaching her.

Teri: any thoughts to having Deanne handle the SSOA wearables so that they are available online?

Since Sew Classic is completely independent of the SSOA, it's up to Deb if she will offer the SSOA wearables, etc. online.
In the past when asked, she hasn't shown much interest in it. Maybe her familiariy with the internet has grown and will entertain the question again?
I would love to see her offer the SSOA stuff online....I bet she'd see a big increase in orders!
