I need some tips on cleaning the engine...what you guys and gals have found that works...and what hasn't!!! There's a full scale cleaning about to begin...stem to stern...in preparation for a trip to Vegas on July 7th to pick up my daughter.

I just use a damp towel and wipe everything off and it seems to do a pretty good job although I'm sure some other people have some more detailed and better ways of doing it.

We use Simple Green and gentle rinsing with the hose and a wet towel. Be VERY careful around the electrical stuff though. Water is not their friend.

Thanks for the note, Collin. Also your note Terri...I'll definitely be careful with the electrics! Simple Green works well on tough cleaning jobs.
