...hey, we've actually had two days in a row with no rain...we're over 9" to the good this year, so that puts a dent in the 18" we were down from last year. A beautiful sunny day here today in the 80's...too bad I'm gonna be couped up in meetings all day again today...oh well, the weekend is coming!!!

You said it. it's just way ot hot for me. Thats why I don't live in Florida or anywhere else down south. I'll keep the cold.

You know that the Northern Atlantic states and the Midwest is hotter than it is here in the summer...every time I go on a trip up north during the summer I can't believe how much hotter it feels than it does here. I guess the sea breezes do a lot to moderate the temperatures along the coasts...
...now Orlando is totally another matter...
...I think it gets very hot over there...but I guess when you're bumper-to-bumper for hours on the I-4 parking lot there's a lot of heat generated...
...both from the cars and there occupants...

Send a little rain this way. We've had a week of 90+ temperatures with only some sprinkles. Yesterday and today are in the 70's - a nice relief.
Hey POSSUM. I guess the snow's finally starting to melt in Winnipeg - eh.
It's been easy to keep the SS clean with all this hot dry weather.
