Spoke to the DOT and the 1st precinct yesterday, the concensus was go down there, find the nearest checkpoint, and try to get them to let you into the "zone" to get your car. Other than that, there is no information on how to go get the car. So this morning I'm heading down and hopefully I'll come back with the SS....wish me luck!
