Just changed the tires on my Subby,

went from the 245 - 75R - 16 Firestones to
Goodyear Wrangler A/Ts' 285 - 75R - 16.

Any idea how far off my speedo will be?

Approximately 2 inches taller.

Thanks,

Not Ken C but I do have a calculator on my desk so I can do the theoretical.

You'll be going about 8% further every revolution if the tire diameter is accurate w.r.t the given dimensions. I get an overall height of 30.47" for the originals, 32.83" for the new ones.

You have a tach ... check these in Drive ... (not OD).

rpm kph
1000 38
1500 57
2000 77
2500 96
3000 115
