We haven't taken many pics of it yet, but here's a couple form the Bellevue, Washington Show back in August of this year.

Nice {drool} videos {drool} and pic. {drool} {drool}. Now I'm going to have to dry off the front of my shirt.

It's a sweet looking car.

What kind of numbers (hp, 1/4 mile, etc.) do you get on that?

Well, back when our friend Scott B. owned the car...he took it to the track and had trouble hooking up, even with Steve's slicks on it.

Steve, the confident guy he is, said "Let me show you how to get those slicks sticky and make 'em hook."

The slicks hooked alright. So well that the driveline twisted right into pieces. The car never moved forward!

Steve felt terrible, but Scott wasn't mad at all. He was so happy that the engine was powerful enough to snap a driveline that the manufacturer deemed indestructible. The manufacturer of the driveline stood behind their product (but had a really hard time believing the breakage until they saw it).

It hasn't been run since. I'm sure Steve will take it out to the Street Legal Drags sometime next year.

After that first run at the track, Scott had the entire engine reworked for the known oil consumption issue on those 502's. While they were at it, they balanced & blueprinted it too.

Our dyno can't hold it.....

One of these days I hope to see what kind of h.p. it's putting out. It's estimated at 550+ by the shop that did the engine work.

It could definitely be a very bad thing in the wrong hands....that's one of the reasons we went ahead and bought it from Scott when he offered.

Dan I don't think you would be able to handle that car. I think its too much car for you to handle.

Teri will I get to see that car when I go to Portland in December.

Oh, so you do grace us with your prescence every now and then. What really scares me is you driving YOUR car when it is done. Of course, I wonder if it will ever get done.

Gotta love those 502's. In the local club I belong to there's a 69 with a 502. So far this year he's broke his hughs tranny & Currie 9" rear and has gone through countless pairs of drag radials. We had a club show a couple weeks ago he showed up with another members tranny installed and a burrowed rear. LOL

Great look'n 69 Camaro Teri!!!

Teri...great videos. Makes me wonder about how I'm doing my restoration. How does the 69' handle? Looked like a road coarse? What suspension mods, brakes and steering are on it? I'm working on that next...as I am plain old stock right now and it sucks.

Robert: Of course you'll get to see the '69 when you visit.

Deanne: Steve's working on an inventory list of parts for the car, including the suspension set up.

Dan: Dream on.
