With the autocross season coming to an end I just couldn't resist waiting any longer. Special thanks to Mark and Andy for insprired me in Bowling Green.

So far I've just got the rear taken apart with one set painted.

I'll also be adding braided brake lines, rebuiding the front calipers and flushing the system with Castrol DOT-4 fluid.

More to come throughout the week.

Looks nice, I'm going to do my calipers over the winter in Hugger Orange. Your info will be handy.
BTW, where did you get your 35th anniversary poster from. I've got all others since 97 except that one.

Looking good! Hey don't forget to splash some POR15 on that axle while you have the car up in the air.

WD,30th SS#727 - I got the 35th poster in Bowling Green at the NCM show back in September.

Mark - I'm definitely considering the POR15. Also, thanks for the caliper decals...can't wait to get them on!

I did the rear axle with POR 15 at the same time I did my calipers. I did the calipers on orange and put the decals on. I also painted any rusted front suspension parts with POR 15 while I was at it.

I think it looks pretty good, but now I stiull have a lot of cleaning to do underneath. I always swore that I woudn't get that ridiculous about the car, but I just can't help it. It is the fault of all of you obseSSed SS owners that have caused this.

Do you plan to paint the rotors too?

On behalf of the rest of us, let me be the first to say...you're welcome!

DaddySS...yeah, since I've got the car off the ground I'm gonna go ahead and to the rotors too. I'm gonna do them in dark gray, so it should be pretty low key...
