You sent Johnny an e-mail, he personally responded on Thanksgiving morning. If the same thing happened with your Motortrend subscription, how long do you think it would take for C. Van Tune to personally respond?
If this does end up on your credit report, which I doubt it will, send me a copy and I'll pay the $17 myself. Beyond that and Johnny doing what he can on his end, I'm not sure there's anything else we can do for you.
Thanks for helping me spend Thanksgiving morning away from my family over a $17 subscription.
