Any one plan any gifts for their f-Bodies this
Christmas?
I was thinking of break upgrades, maybe the
Baer system I see advertised.
Have a great day friends.
Come home safely troops.
Mornin! One more coffee and out the door!
I'm definitly thinkin brakes too, I have warpage again!Have a great day all!
For my Hawks X-mas present, I bought her a winter tire/rim package. That way I can keep the chromes away from the salt and sand.
Nothing for Christmas for the car, but in the New Year I'm planning on:
*panhard bar, control arms, torque arm.
* poly bushings all around
* roll bar
* wind screen
* line lock
* maybe a little Spin-tech Muffler
* Brakes are under consideration
The goal is to improve considerably in AutoX and to get into the 12's in the quarter without drag tires or any additional motor mod's (except maybe pulleys)
Y'all have a great day, eh!!
Our gift to our cars is the new garage.....the siding is finally done. We're working on the electrical now.
Next step: Find a lot near by to move the existing 900 sq. ft. house and start building the new one.
Now about that house

When are you planning to do the house?
We're in the process of finding a lot/buyer for our existing house. We don't have the heart to tear it down. It'll move easily, as it was moved onsite in 1970. It was placed on a concrete block foundation and is essentially ready to go.
Once we get the existing house moved and sold, we'll break ground for the new house. We'll be able to live on-site in the apartment/guest quarters that we built in the upstairs of the garage.
A finance guy from a mortgage firm is visiting us tomorrow morning to discuss a construction loan and $$ options.
Hopefully, we'll be able to find a vacant lot in our neighborhood to keep the moving costs down on the old house. It'll need a new roof and minimal remodeling to turn it over for a small profit.
