I ran 3 miles and then proceeded to do an abdominal workout too! The Rangers lit me up for sure. And, of course, I wasn't letting "her" catch me and kick my A@*. That was motivation enough! Speaking of which. That commercial may start airing again after the holidays for people who want to work the festive poundage off that gets put on during this time of year. Not yet. I might be forced to look for something else!! I don't want to just wait on only one!! Right after the holidays, I am planning on hitting the bricks.
