Is the Portfolio available for MY 2K cars?
I know it is an option for more recent years, 2001, 2002, but 2000?

We bought one for our '99. I've just been lazy and haven't sent in the postcard yet to get our Birth Certificate.

The SLP SS Birth Certificates are available for 1996 through 2002 model years!
