I've voiced my opinion to them, and would encourage anyone that enjoys the site to do the same. Perhaps they will consider revisiting the price structure.
Here's what I sent:

Hi,Though I totally understand your need to generate revenue from your hard work and your decision to charge for page access, as a casual observer of the industry a 1,000 miles and a country away, I simply can’t justify spending 200+CD to read the page once a week. My most expensive subscription, GM High-Tech Performance, which is also full of great information, though with a very different emphasis, costs me 34CD per year, and I consider that fair.
I’d encourage you to revisit your price structure, perhaps even tiering it to what kind of benefit the reader can derive from the information it contains to maintain an expanded readership.
Also, if I’m paying for it, I’d like to see it simultaneously available in a printable format, such as PDF, so that it’s transportable and archiveable.
Respectfully,

Thank you for your comments. The $2.50 is based on the fact that people don't always
go to our site each and every week. We may offer some monthly discounts down the road,
but since the industry has been using our site and my columns for an advanced tutorial
and our archives for free research for the past 2 1/2 years, I'm not about to change the
price structure right now.
Possum, maybe they'll begin offering annual subscriptions at a highly reduced rate.
At $2.50 a week, only the most dedicated readers will stick around.
