Ok gentlemen (and ladies), I just got back from seeing it. It IS the LT4 30th Anniversary #076. It has about 10,500 miles on it. I inspected the outside (paint, decals) and it looks great, didn't even see any paint chips. He let me drive it and it runs great (I like my LS1 better though, ).
He is asking $28,500 for it. I have all the paperwork in front of me, with all the options it came with.
