Hello everyone. Had a little bad luck last night and got caught in a cloud of gravel going 70 mph on the interstate. Someone swerved to the shoulder on a bridge and stirred up the remnants of the gravel they used during last month's icy weather. Ended up with 30+ chips in the hood and bumper and as many more in the windshield. I almost fell over when I got out and saw all those little white holes in the paint.
I was wondering if a car bra would be a good idea for the future. I have never had one and was wondering what the pros and cons were and also which are good brands, etc. I don't want to throw good money after bad if these are hard on the paint or trap moisture, etc. Thanks for any input you guys and gals might have.

We use a bra only on a cross-country trip. If left on for a long period of time, it will eventually do damage.
Sounds like your hood & windshield may be eligible for an insurance claim.
