PEPSI CHEVY SHOW MARCH 9-10, 2002

WHAT: The HORESPOWER SALES PEPSI CHEVY SHOW is an annual Chevrolet
festival with something for every Chevy fanatic: An All-Chevy
Car and Truck Show-n-Shine, Car Corral, Swap Meet, Manufacturers?
& Restoration Parts Marketplace, Jet Funny Cars, Jet Dragsters, a
Truck Wheelstander, the ?Shockwave? Jet Truck, and Chevy Powered
Bracket Racers competing for $16,700 cash. In addition, Prestons
Sport Trucks & Imports will be sponsoring the bikini contest with
cash prizes of $850. This extravaganza has an estimated
attendance of 38,000 people. National magazine coverage by Chevy
High Performance. TNN will be on hand to cover the event for
HORSEPOWER TV, as well as, REACTION TIMES MOTORSPORTS SHOW.

WHEN: Saturday and Sunday, March 9-10, 2002.

WHERE: Moroso Motorsports Park is located on Beeline Highway (SR 710).
From the south take I-95 to PGA Blvd. (Exit 57B) or FL Turnpike
(Exit 109) west to SR 710 and turn right, go 8.2 miles. From the
north take I-95 to SR 706 (Exit 59B) west to SR 710 turn left, go
3 miles.

ADMISSION: Spectator tickets for Saturday or Sunday are $20. Two-day
spectator tickets are $35. Buy your 1-day discount tickets at
Bud?s Chicken & Seafood, Horsepower Sales & Congress Auto and
save $3 plus receive a free 2-liter bottle of Pepsi. Racing
tickets are $50 for 2-days, Saturday night Quick 16 tickets are
$50, Show-N-Shine is $45 for 2-days or $25 for 1-day, Swap Meet
is $50 for 2-days, a 2-day Car Corral ticket is only $50 and a
1-day Corvette Shootout entry will cost $25 while a Friday Test &
Tune ticket is only $15. All tickets include parking and a pit
pass. Children under 12 are free.

DRAG RACING: 1/4 mile drag racing features Chevy powered or Chevy bodied
vehicles in: Super Pro, Pro, Street D.O.T. 10.5? Heads Up and the
Corvette Shootout. The Pro Street Outlaw & Quick 16 is open to
any make or model that falls into the rules. Jet Cars and Jet
Dragsters will burn down the ¼ mile in between rounds as well as
the Jet Truck and the Wheelstanding Truck.

CAR SHOW: The Chevy Classic Car & Truck Show-n-Shine has 31 Stock and/or
Modified classes as well as 17 Specialty Awards, which include:
?Best of Show?, ?Best Engine? and ?Best Paint?. Editor?s Choice
Awards presented both days by Chevy High Performance Magazine.

SWAP MEET: Acres of hard-to-find parts and accessories, quality used parts
and merchandise for the Chevy hobbyist or car restorer. It?s one
of the largest swap meets ever.

CAR CORRAL: Perfect opportunity for individuals to buy or sell Chevy bodied
or powered cars, vans and trucks.

MARKETPLACE: The latest in after-market products, services, and accessories
are on display and available to the public at the tent-lined
Manufacturers? & Restoration Parts Marketplace. This also
