That's highway robbery! How much does a blank disc cost? $0.50 at the most! Photopoint has some nerve charging $25 for a few burned CD's! And what about the money that we paid for the service that is no longer? Will Photopoint give us a refund? Not bloody likely!
You'd be a FOOL if you pay Photopoint the $25!

i guess it depends how important the pictures are to you.
My first reaction was NO WAY! but... I have some I dont have copies of that I dont want to lose.
we need a pissed off lawyer who is in the same boat as us here. lol

Yeah, I guess you have no choice but to pay if you want to get your pics out of jail.
With our pics on their HD's, do the pics legally belong to Photopoint now? I never read the fine print in the agreement.

They won't see a nickel from me ... I've got all my pictures ... I'm sure those I loaded from friends will reappear again somewhere.

I'll pay.
1) I get my photos back.
2) That will save me the trouble of storing them, I'll have them on C.D.
