Day 2 for this week - a short one for me. Heading to a minor hockey tournament Wed and Thursday, so you'll have to hold the fort down while I'm gone.

Mornin all. Wicked stepdaughter goes in for some surgury this AM. Hypothalmus? Some kind of glandular thingy, they have to crack ribs to get to it, going to be a painful recovery for her. I can't be there because it will only add to the family circus and thats the last thing she needs. All I can do is wait here for the phone call to hear it went ok. A few prayers and crossed fingers for her?

Hope things work out for your step daughter Thom. I've had many surgerys (mostly when I was younger) and know it's not a fun thing.
