FROM the east:
(Those coming in from CT, MA, NH)
Make your way to Rt. 84 WEST. Take Rt. 84 WEST to exit 7N.
The ramp brings you up to Rt. 300 (aka Union Ave.)north. As soon as you're
on Rt. 300, move to the left lane, ...the Newburgh Mall will be on your
LEFT, ...(McDonald's), ...make a left just before McDonald's (OR at the
traffic light, ...just ahead) ...either will get you into the mall parking
lot. We will be gathering in the lot near the McDonald's.

FROM the West:
(Those coming in from the Binghamton area...)
If you are interested in joining the 'caravan' in Newburgh (an approximate
20-30 minute 'detour'):
Take Rt. 17 EAST (Future I-86)to Middletown area, ...get off exit for "Rt.
84 EAST" ...Take Rt. 84 EAST to exit 7N.
The ramp brings you to Rt. 300 (aka Union Ave.)north. As soon as you're on
Rt. 300, move to the left lane, ...the Newburgh Mall will be on your LEFT,
...(McDonald's), ...make a left just before McDonald's (OR at the traffic
light, ...just ahead) ...either will get you into the mall parking lot. We
will be gathering in the lot near the McDonald's.
NOTE: If bypassing the caravan, ...you would otherwise continue on Rt. 17
into the Harriman, NY area (tolls) where you will pick up I-87 (the NYS
Thruway SOUTH)

FROM the North:
Take I-87 (NYS Thruway) South the the "Newburgh, Stewart Airport Exit,
(exit#17) Go through tolls and stay to your RIGHT. You will be bearing right
onto ramp for Rt. 300 (aka Union Ave) NORTH immediately after the overpass,
...this is only about 500 yards past the tolls.
The ramp brings you to Rt. 300 (aka Union Ave.)north. Once you're on Rt.
300, move to the left lane, ...the Newburgh Mall will be on your LEFT,
...(McDonald's), ...make a left just before McDonald's (OR at the traffic
light, ...just ahead) ...either will get you into the mall parking lot. We
will be gathering in the lot near the McDonald's.

From there we will be taking a nice scenic route along the Hudson River and
around West Point using rt 9W, which is nice and curvy for our F-bods. Next we'll
hop on the Palisades Pkwy, the Jersey Tpke and then to the Ramada.

Last year we had a blast with 15 cars. Let's try to have more this year!!
