I was wondering if anyone here knows anything about this REALLY hard to find Camaro that was shown at the GM Showroom as a GM Concept showcar? It's called the IROC-ZR (1983). It has an aftermarket IROC daytona fiberglass hood, special decals on the side, (called the IROC-ZR) custom cut out side marker lights, and custom cut out indentations in the side mirrors as well as a couple other changes.
Does anyone here have any pictures of this Camaro? And info? I heard from someone there is a poster with it on it? Anyone here HAVE this poster?
This picture is out of my Camaro book; it's a 2 page spread but has no info other than the year.
This sounds like a job for the Fbodfather....if he knows anything about the car, he'll tell you about it.

My search seems to result in a guy named "Fbodfather" who has posted very little posts and doesn't have any special mention of his importance in his profile. Who is this person? A GM salemen? a GM worker? Please explain.

Keep searching.....Try http://www.google.com and you'll find him all over the place. I'll give you a hint....you have a pic of his car on your website. With a website called Camarosource, you should already know who he is. He attends many, many Camaro events each year and is very well known by the Camaro community.
================================================== Regarding the car you're talking about.....
IMO, it's a bit of an over customized Camaro and I've never seen it before, but if this is a GM car, The Fbodfather will have info on it or know where to find info on it.

You mean Mr. Scott Settlemire? Hmm.. Which car is his? I checked our featured rides and have no "Scott Settlemire" in it.
