On your Black SS Targa and Hardtop! It seems the resin they used is leaching through the roofing material and causing the black paint to bubble. They are going to remove the section of my T-top and replace. They cannot just repaint as the resin will leach through again. They said it takes about 3 days to do the process. Local guy here with a 2001 hardtop is going through the same procedure.
