GM's NEW INCENTIVE PROGRAM AS SIMPLE AS 1-2-3! . . . Starting today,
General Motors launches a new retail marketing program that will make
purchasing a vehicle as simple as "1-2-3" ? and help GM continue its sales
momentum. GM will offer $1,000, $2,000 or $3,000 customer cash on the
purchase of all new 2002 Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile and
Pontiac-GMC cars and trucks through July 1. Alternatively, customers can
take advantage of a 1-2-3 APR plan -- APR financing rates of 1.9 percent
for up to 36 months, 2.9 percent for up to 48 months or 3.9 percent for up
to 60 months. (Saturn, Saab, HUMMER and all 2003 models are excluded from
this program.)

On Camaro and Firebird: You have a choice of $2,000 customer cash - OR -
1.9, 2.9, or 3.9% retail financing..... The Camaro Legends Tour Certificate
can be used in conjunction with this incentive on Camaro.

While it would have been very easy to drop the incentives on all V8 Camaros
and Firebirds due to the demand for these models, we also realize that many
of you have waited for your new car to be built.....additionally, it allows
all of our enthusiasts one last chance to own a new 4th Gen Camaro or
Firebird.
