This was on the Event Schedule page -

All racers must abide by the rules and regulations of National Trail Raceway. NO EXCEPTIONS! For information on the track's rules, contact National Trail Raceway at 740.928.5706 or visit their web site at www.nationaltrailraceway.com. SLP will not be responsible for those racers who do not adhere to the rules of the racetrack.
