Would you believe I am actually closing tomm, ON TIME. They worked hard, and I inspected as they went along. The carpet is being installed today and the final coat on the hardwood floors tonight.
We take possession Friday morning.
I cannot believe they got it all done.. and during the walkthru yesterday, I have to say.. it looks pretty dern' good.
We also have a 1 year warranty that will cover any problems the house has, including squeeks, bumper to bumper utilities, hardware.. etc.. anything has a problem.. they will address it for free.
Thanks for all the valuable info everyone provided during the process... it has been a nail-biter for Natalie and I... we are moving up from a 1 to 3 car garage.. FINALLY.
