Just got the results from my latest cholesterol check. LDL (bad stuff) reduced 32%, HDL(good stuff) increased 75%. The LDL:HDL ratio went from 4.25 to 1.64 My doctors said he has never seen this kind of change before without medication.

How did I do it? I sprinkle 2 heaping teaspoons of ground flax on my cereal at breakfast.

I had implemented the "watch what you eat" regimin already last time around, which brought the overall numbers down, but moved the ratio in the wrong direction. The doctor at that time basically scratched his head and said "it's not bad enough for medication, we'll just have to keep watching it".

My mother-in-law had great results from the flax, so we figured, let's try it. Boy am I glad we did

Let's hear it for flax!
Sometimes "better living through chemistry" isn't always an option.
It's always nice to hear a non-medicinal alternative. Good job, Art!

Now let me get this straight, If I sprinkle this stuff all over my SS, I will get lower ET right?
Please do not let this get around, to good to be true and cheap too! Think you have come with something that will put some folks right out of business with after market parts.
KICK-BACK

COOL!!

the drugs companies aren't going to like you. I know Mary is convinced there is a natural remedy for every ailment. We just haven't found them yet.

Great news!!

Great news Art! I may have to give that a try as I have inherently low HDL necessitating lower than average LDL. Might help the blood pressure too.
