has anyone ever painted their stock intake if so what kind of paint did you use?
or can you use a car paint with a clear coat on it will it withstand the heat?

I remember seeing an intake painted by someone on another forum, using stock paint. For the life of me I can't remember anything more than that, though.

I think it was Mark IXZD 150. He painted it silver to match his car and it looked awesome. The surface if the intake shouldn't get hot enough to need high temp paint.

Erin, go ahead and right click on the red X. then click on properties at the bottom of the tab that appears. high-light the URL address in its entirety and hit "CTRL C" to copy it. click in the web address area at the top of your screen and hit "CTRL V" to paste it. then hit Enter. the picture should appear as a seperate web page.
