At 9:00 a.m. this morning, the Bridge to the U.S.A. and the Tunnel to the U.S.A will be closed for 3 minutes to honour those who perished 1 year ago. All traffic has stopped. It is very quiet
here.

Nice thing to do! Every time lately that I have gone to and from Canada,the traffic has been stopped,sometimes for hours!
