As much as I loved the straight pipe, it had its moments when it got to be a little much .... so .... 99-C219 is now equipped with a Spin Tech 4441 Pro Shootout muffler.

I've heard it and I think it's still got a pretty nice rumble to it, especially on start up. Keep in mind, however, this coming from a guy with the stock exhaust on his car.
