We got back about 9:45 PM, last night.

Karen and I had a great time, meeting lots of you for the first time and enjoying Kentucky hospitality. We did a little Kentucky sightseeing on the way back (Abe Lincoln's birthplace, and historic Bardstown) and, as luck would have it, met up with Hawkeye and family on I-75 in Ohio, for the return trip (it was great to have the company).

I'll post some pictures, as well, once I get the SS cleaned up (first things, first [Big Grin]

Good to hear that you and Karen made it home safely! We really enjoyed meeting everyone and look forward to seeing all next year. We have already made reservations! We made it home uneventfully with just a little rain right outside New Orleans. Looks like the skies are going to open up in the next few days with Isidore, but at least we are home safe and the car is tucked away in the garage. Again, it was really nice to meet such a great bunch of people!

It was great to meet you and the West Coast gang, as well. I'm still a little amazed how so many "strangers" met for the first time, and hit it off so well at BG. What a great group of people! It's a shame we have to wait a whole year to do it again.
