Greg, Did you ever find a 1/18 scale model of the 35th Anniversary SSLE from Welly? Ed

Yes Ed, I did get one of those. I wished I had ordered 2 so I could modify the other. The wheels need to be painted to look more like the real thing and the decals are white instead of silver. How did they make that mistake? Posted by edg35SSLE (Member # 1381) on :
I bought a second one at KB Toys yesterday and it had the wheels painted correctly. Not sure what the story is with the white stripes. The one I bought from Diecast Muscle was packaged in the 35th box. The KB had the standard Welly box.

Is there 2 different manufactures of this die cast? I have the one like the Chevy Mall has. Posted by Hawkeye (Member # 88) on :

There all built by Welly, even the ones at the Chevy Mall. The only difference was the box, and the price. Cheaper at KB.
