I have joined the SSOA, and I must say I'm really proud to be part of such dedicated organization.
I've been a long time member on SLP board (my SLP forum displayed name is HI_RevSS-2001 ) I really like SLP, and I have a lot of respect for that forum, but recently there has been a lot of flaming, trolling, and free-posting... I see a big difference on SSOA forum....Keep it up guys !

Two words.....
Wireless Modem
I have a patch cord for my cell phone that allows it be a wireless modem w/my laptop. Used it across country for our Bowling Green, KY trip and it was nice for keeping in touch w/everyone. With nationwide long distance and free evenings/weekends, it comes in quite handy. Have to admit it's a little slow at 14.4, but effective.

Of course I did....I used to live in Des Plaines, then Chicago, and now I live in Harwood Heights (it's just 1 block from Chicago City limits..next to O'Hare airport...) It's nice to see some folks here with chicago area roots....
