For those who didn't see this on the SLP board.This Thanksgiving has a special meaning this year because on November 8th, three weeks on Friday, I suffered a heart attack. I passed out as I was walking into the emergency room and three hours later I had two stints in my left artery.

All this happened just 2 ½ weeks after getting my 2002 SS. Boy, get a new toy and almost didn’t get it past the break-in. Doing fine now and will be off work for a few weeks and I’ve already taken the SS back out a couple of times.

Bottom line – the doctor told me two years ago to eat better and start exercising or I would end up like this. It seems the exercise time was always being replaced by working on my Camaros. It almost ended my Camaro time forever.

So layoff some of those hamburgers and french fries and take care of yourselves so you can have Camaro fun till you are old. Take it from me, forty-five is too early to kick the bucket.

Be thankful for life and family. [Smile]

WOW - that must have been scary indeed. Good thing you were at the hospital when it happened. Really makes reorganize your life and priorities.

I an thankful for you. I am thankful for many things! I do not take anything for granted. The older I get and the more experiences I live through, the more thankful I am each day.
