That stand just doesn't look like it's going to make it through the holidays holding that huge tree. The tree certainly is big enough though!

That's the reason we throw a party every year...to get help decoarting it.

it takes 4-5 people to get the thing standing up.

Welcome to the world of big trees. We have had tree's from 14'( our smallest) to just shy of 18'. It's getting harder and harder to find big full tree's. The best part is getting them thru the front door. All worth it in the end.
note: use a multe plug extention cord up the trunk so one strand of lights go out, not all of them.

What a great tree! seeing the pictures of it on the truck reminded me of the movie Christmas vacation! When Grisswold has that tree, root ball and all strapped on top of his car! Post pictures of it when it is done, be carefull of all the sap and the Squirrels!!
