What modifications did you have to make to the KBDD SFC'c to make them bolt on's on your convertible?

Thank you,
Benny

Well, to understand it better, you need to look at set of SLP coupe SFC's. They bolt in with these small rectangular plates you just slip up into the body, and they are threaded. then you bolt up the SFC's to those.

What I did to the SFC's themselves, was to fit them up into the body, and make templates of large, flat metal plates that could be welded to the front of the connectors, and attatch in the same location as the slp ones. I didnt quite make mine long enough where the plates go toward the rear. I wish I had pics, but dont think I took any.......darnit! They are entirely bolt in, with no welding or mods to the car necessary. If you hold them up into place on the car, this may make more sense! They definatly tighten the car up, though maybe not as much as welding them in place. I hope this helps. If you need more clarification, or some pics, let me know, and I will see if Teri has any!
