The RPO option sticker has the B4C code. It must be the real thing. Posted by Hawkeye (Member # 88) on :
and the 1LE code.
May have potential - sounds a little rough around the edges - but restorable!

Erin, keep in mind (as the ad says) "This is a 123000 mile ex-police car". This car has had some 'hard' miles on it...

I don't blame you one bit. Are the doors solid? If they were not, they could always be replaced with power window/lock doors.

pretty sure the 3rd gen 1LEs were power delete everything, including AC.
I almost bought a 1LE Firebird back in the day.

You might try checking the Camaro white book. It gives good information about options, etc. on B4C and ILE thrid generation Camaros. But if I remember correctly, I believe that most or all power options are delete on third gen 1LE cars. Posted by T TOPSS (Member # 1674) on :
Chris is right...you'd be hard pressed to find a B4C back then with ANY luxury options...who's to say you couldn't change that tho....

i might have to talk to jeff and see if he can look it up in his camaro book for me. I dont necessiarily have to have a b4c...i would like one but i really want a 92 z28. I just love the wing on the back of that! looks really cool! everyone keep your eyes and ears open for a good one. cause as soon as the SS is sold i am buying one! it will be alot cheaper plus my brother and I are gonna build one and throw maybe a zz4 motor in it! now talk about big block!!!!!!!!! I know where a ultra rare 1LE with leather seats is. It has nothng power and no A/C.

Out in Oregon.... things don't rust. They don't use salt on the roads.... unlike the place I just got back from! Posted by MM (Member # 1247) on :
Dang... that would be a fun project/daily driver/just have fun with car. Too bad I have no garage space or money. Another one that got away....

You can only get the B4C with the 1LE, but not necessarily get the B4C with the 1LE. 1LE is only the oil cooler and better brakes, as well as a baffled gas tank. That B4C has power windows and (if I see it correctly) power windows too. Most B4Cs had all the comfort options. With the 1LE you could delete the radio, A/C and power options. Though some slipped through the cracks. Go to www.thirdgen.org and learn about these cars.
