That totally stinks! I'm really sorry. I lost my job last year. Found a new one and it's been for the better, by FAR.

I got really worried at first about bills etc, but after a day or so, I figured I would get it to work out somehow and it did.

Good luck I'm sure you'll do OK.

You should have said, "Well that's one way to look at it boss, but how about YOU take a pay cut and then maybe you could keep me working... " [Razz]

Erin,

Hope you have a change of luck. You could use it. Are you selling your SS because of the job? Try to hang onto it as long as you can. Things may pop for you soon. If you're feeling down and have an idle day, take a ride to Watchung, NJ. I'll treat you to lunch. I'm retired and I have the time. Good Luck.

Your fellow Jerseyan, T

Erin, more support coming at you from both of us.
BTW, saw the your SS on Ebay yesterday. It was up to $18,500. How did it end, what was the final bid, I assume it didn't meet your reserve. When I first saw this thread, I thought it was going to be good news about selling the car. I was quickly shocked to see otherwise.
