Sorry, Mark, I did see you! I was glad to get to meet you! I missed the SSOA banner people that were going to be there! I probably walked by them as cold and sleepy as I was! (My brain is still frozen, along with the rest of my body!) Jim

i didn't see any banner, either....maybe it blew away.....i started to ask a few people if they were ssoa, but figured that would be pretty dorkish!

I wish you would have introduced yourself. I like to talk! ha ha I was up at the front by the Purple Booth on the west side of SLP. I was behind the first place Camaro and the TA that won second place. (Does that mean I was third?)Where did you see me at cytruffle? I hope it wasn't when I was asleep in the car! I stayed at the Quality Inn with all of the "Homies" and others. No, SSOA people there that I knew of. Helloween, I saw your car just to the right of mine a little ways. Next time you see me holler at me!Cytruffle, are you still in Waco? I am thinking about transferring down to there to work. Maybe fit in to a club of Camaros there!

If you go to LS1.com you can get a lot of info on GTG's in the D/FW area! That is how I meet a lot of the people around there! Jim

I was there...with the banner....but it was too windy to display it. I was afraid that it would blow into someone's car. It is like a huge sail. Sorry for not putting the banner out! I was there from about 12 - 5. Did anyone see that track official bang on the rear quarter panel of that white firebird? The track official put three dents in the rear quarter of the guys car! I'm not sure what happened but the guy was very angry!!!
Posted by cytruffle (Member # 1733) on :
YES I DID SEE THAT! i can't believe he hit that guy's car hard enough to dent it! he needs 3 dents in his head!!
amy: what does your car look like? i may have you in some of my pics... Posted by amy00ss (Member # 106) on :
my car is a 2000 SS convertible...it is NBM/black top with chrome 10 spokes....silver camaro letters in the rear...and the SSOA license plate frame with Oklahoma plates

I stayed with my parents in Ft. Worth. It was also my fiance's b-day so we had to leave early to celebrate.
I'll try to be better organized next time and get a meeting place together.

I was there too and didn't see anything with SSOA. I had a SSOA sticker on my cars windshield. I ran the car down the track and parked it after the run to look at the cars and look for SSOA members. I think I saw RareSS's car in the car show?
