That is just another cheap way to bow out of a homeowner claim. I have State Farm as the home insurance policy and am not impressed so far. Last winter we had a big snow storm that actually caused several buildings around town to collaspe(sp). That heavy weight of the snow caused a major concern with my house where the garage wall was starting to pull away from the house,taking the brick,siding and kitchen window with it.State Farm denied my claim and I have never had a claim with them...but when I do,it will be a big one garanteed!
