not to be confused with the shirts that ErinMarie (aka NVMY02SS) is preparing for the Bowling Green Event.

Here is an example of the front and back. Large logo on the back, smalllogo with name and club member #, if wanted, on the front.

Here is the list so far from the info on the original list. The t-shirts are on the first page and sweatshirts on the second page. Please let me know if there are any changes to make to the list or fill in the missing info ASAP.

We CAN get the Beefy T shirts brand, but he'll have to order them. The initial estimated cost for t-shirts is $13 and for sweatshirts $19 for logos only. He said it will add $5 to the cost of the shirt for the name and club member # added above the front logo. Of course then there is the cost for tax and for me to ship it out to everyone. He is in IN so I'm not sure what % the tax is. If anyone knows what it costs to ship a t-shirt or to via UPS, let me know, otherwise I won't find out until I ship it. If you prefer some other shipping I can check into that too.

I will be fronting a deposit, since he has to order the Beefy T shirts and I'll be paying the full cost plus tax to get he shirts up front, so IF you chnage your mind and do NOT want a shirt let me know ASAP before I give him the list.

It will cost about $4.20 for shipping including priority mail with delivery confirmation...use the usps priority mail tyvec type envelopes (free at us post office) works great...sweatshirts will cost $5 to $6 depending on weight of them....each additional shirt could be up to $1 and heavy sweatshirts additionals will cost about $2.

I sell and ship t shirts all the time and these prices should be close unless shipping to Canada, they will cost more and cost depends on province.

Not sure if you are locked into this deal or mind set on printer, thats fine if you are, I just wanted to let you know I can offer these services as well...no taxes in NH.

Teri came up with a great idea for the rear logo, to add the SSOA webpage address under it like the club's standard logo.

Here is what it looks like:

The list has been e-mailed. Anyone that had requested shirts but had not confirmed I kept on the list, just in case they missed the above posts. The list is closed.

I also e-mailed him the revised rear large logo WITH the website address included.

I'll let you know when I find out when they will be done. Then I'll look at the shipping and everybodies costs.

As far as shipping would you prefer using the USPS or UPS where I can give you a tracking number.

After I get them I'll ask everybody to send me a PM or an e-mail with their full name and address.

Hey Kevin. I think UPS would be the best as I have had problems with USPS package deliveries. A couple times I have had things stolen when handled by them. But I will go along with what everybody asks as this is a Democracy. Thanks again.

I've also had problems using the USPS. I like being able to track the orders with UPS.
