got an e-mail from the t-shirt printer. The beefy t's were slow in getting there, but he has many of them made up already. He still has to finish some and then start putting on the names and member numbers of those who wanted them added. He said he has been working on them between some large rush orders, but he should have them all done by the end of next week or so.

I'm gonna pay for the whole thing up front. When I know the final prices and cost of shipping, I'll start mailing them out as I receive snail-mail addresses.
I just started a PayPal account using my kvillier@iglou.com e-mail address. Or you could snail-mail me a check, whichever you prefer.

The t-shirt printer said he will likely get me all the t-shirts and sweatshirts this weekend. Then I'll find out what the final cost will be and start shipping and finding out the cost of that. As I know the final price for everyone I'll e-mail you that it has been shipped, with the tracking number and the final cost.

Unfortunately, it is too late. The list went in a couple of weeks ago. If all goes well we can always do another round if there is enough interest or I can e-mail you the logo files to have them done locally. Anyone that would want to organize a t-shirt printing is fine with me as long as it is OK with the directors. Anyone who would want one will have to be an SSOA paid-dues member though.

I'll be picking up the shirts tonight. Hopefully I can get alot or all of them shipped out by the this weekend.
If you haven't e-mailed me your snail mail address, check the list, send it to me ASAP so I can ship them out. Anyone who did/will send it double check the e-mail you sent to make sure there were no errors.

The first batch of t-shirts were shipped out today. More will go out tomorrow. When I know that they have been picked up at the UPS dropoff, I'll e-mail each person with the info, cost and tracking #. Let me know if there are any problems. They are insured if UPS damages them.

You don't have to send me money before you receive the package, just to make sure they are delivered without being damaged.
If a package is damaged, take pics, to help me get UPS to cover them. Snap the delivery sheet stuck to it, the damage to the package (before opening) and damaged shirts.
